This Refund Policy explains the refund restrictions and cancellation procedures for the Junis AI Agent Platform ("Service") provided by TOOEASY Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). This policy is an integral part of our Terms of Service and complies with applicable consumer protection laws.

🚫 Refund Restrictions

⚠️ Digital Content Refund Limitations

In accordance with Article 17, Paragraph 2, Item 5 of the Electronic Commerce Act, refunds are restricted in the following cases:

  • Subscription Fees: Non-refundable once service usage begins
    • Usage is considered to have begun once an agent is executed or conversation history is created
  • Credit Top-ups: Non-refundable immediately upon completion
    • Digital content delivery has begun upon successful payment
  • USDC Cryptocurrency Payments: Non-refundable due to blockchain immutability
    • Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed

2. Subscription Cancellation

Members may cancel subscriptions at any time through the Service Settings → Subscription Management menu.

When You Cancel Your Subscription:

  • Automatic billing will stop from the next billing date
  • No prorated refund for already paid fees
  • You can continue using the Service until the end of the current billing period
  • All features remain accessible until the current subscription expires

Example: If you cancel on January 15th and your next billing date is February 1st, you can continue using Pro features until January 31st at 11:59 PM.

3. Non-payment and Overdue Accounts

Failed Subscription Payments

  • Failed subscription payments will be retried for 3 days
  • If all retry attempts fail, the subscription will be automatically canceled
  • You will receive email notifications about payment failures and retries

⚠️ Credit Balance Restrictions

  • If credit balance falls below -$3, service usage will be immediately restricted
  • All features (agent execution, API calls, etc.) will be blocked during non-payment status
  • Service usage will resume immediately upon credit top-up
  • New users receive $3 in free credits and can use up to -$3 before restrictions apply
